We reserve ourselves for any printing and writing errors

 

 

Terms of payment

Roupéz’s credit-approved customers will be invoiced, for which payment must be made within 30 days.

 

 

Refunds

Refunds are made automatically depending on how you chose to pay for your order, and the same also applies to returns, exchanges and customer complaints.

In exceptional cases, the payment of a refund may be delayed, although for no longer than 30 days, which is the maximum period as stipulated by legislation.
