The following general terms and conditions apply for the purchase of goods from Roupéz Profile AB (Swedish organisation number 556928-1149), unless otherwise agreed in writing between the customer and Roupéz Profile AB. By placing an order, you agree to accept our terms of purchase. We always do our utmost to ensure that the presentation of our products is as realistic as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your display will always reproduce the products correctly. If you think that something looks strange or incorrect, please help us by reporting the issue. We reserve the right to make changes to our product range and to withdraw products from the range before a purchase has been completed.

 

 

Right of withdrawal

From the date on which you receive your order, you have the right of withdrawal and the right to exchange for a period of 14 days. This means that you are entitled to return a single product or an entire order if you are not satisfied. If the packaging is resealable, you have the right to open the packaging and to check and try the product. The product must, however, be returned in an essentially unchanged condition. If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, we will send the item back to you and charge you for shipping and handling costs.

 

  

Customer complaints

If a delivery contains damaged or faulty goods, please contact Roupéz Profile AB. Never return any items without first having discussed the customer complaint with our customer service department. If the complaint is approved, we will initially examine the item to see if it is possible for the fault to be rectified. If this is not possible, we will replace the faulty item with a new, equivalent item – i.e. a redelivery. As a final measure, if it is not possible to rectify the fault or to replace the item, your money will be refunded to you. Refunds are made automatically, depending on how you chose to pay for your order – see below under ‘Refunds’. The right of withdrawal does not apply for ordered items. In such cases where marking has not yet commenced, however, we will always strive to meet a customer’s request to cancel the purchase, whenever possible. Any costs incurred, however, will always be charged.

 

  

Delivery terms and conditions

The delivery time is indicated in the shopping basket beneath the respective shipping method. If an item is subject to an irregular delivery time, this is stated for each respective item. The delivery time stated for each item is only approximate and relates to the time from when we have received your order to when the products are dispatched from our warehouse, printer or supplier.

 

 

Printing information

When products are marked, variations in colour can always occur. For this reason, Roupéz Profile AB recommends that customers always specify the exact PMS colours when indicating colours. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the colours in the dispatched proofs are correct
